No matter which short course you attend, Edwards HR’s objective is to provide learners with practical knowledge, tools and confidence to:

- Implement simple (yet effective) initiatives and tools to improve their internal HR, recruitment and payroll functions;
- Handle issues and concerns in house, in a way that protects the commercial interests of the business while maintaining a fair and harmonious work environment;

- Minimise the need for external support in future.
Too often qualifications and training focus only on theory and miss the practical element that will allow learners to succeed in the real world. We perfectly balance both sides, because we know this is what’s needed to manage the HR function successfully within a business.
Our training is specifically designed to be delivered in bite-sized chunks, meaning minimal interruptions to the workplace and maximum results while in attendance. Workshops are also facilitated with capped learner numbers, to ensure learning outcomes are maximised and training content is personalised, where possible.

All virtual Short Courses are held online. To join the interactive session, you’ll need a stable internet connection, Microsoft Teams, and a microphone and camera in good working order.
In-Person
In-person Short Courses are held at 3/19 Murdoch Circuit, Acacia Ridge. We offer ample free parking both in front of the building and on the street, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.
