Participants should be able to:

  • Develop a suitable process for managing the probationary period;
  • Develop an effective process for assessing performance, handling under-performers, and conducting fair and objective remuneration reviews;
  • Describe the principles of procedural fairness in performance management and how to implement these in to the process;
  • Identify which crucial roles require succession planning.
