We don't believe in 'one size fits all' solutions

A lot of providers apply a ‘one size fits all’ approach to HR – which does not work for many clients. The ‘one size fits all’ can be similar to having a bunch of tools lying around in the workshop that you don’t need… and lacking the one you need to get the job done. We are always happy to tailor-make a customised solution for you, whether it is for a full-service HR Management Package or a one-off solution. We take the time to get to know your business and help you determine what you need. We believe in offering customised solutions and will always tailor our packages to fit your business, resources and needs where required to deliver the best results. We deliver solutions that will work for you, your business, goals, resources, capacity and industry, first and foremost.

We're not a call centre

We deliver a personal service. When you get in touch with us at Edwards HR, you’ll be talking to a real person with extensive HR experience in heavy industry. No matter how you choose to work with us, we will take the time to get to know you, your business, needs, goals, and challenges.

We don't push you to lock in to 3 - 5 year contracts

We offer many solutions to our clients, including consultation, help with projects, and ongoing outsourced HR support. We offer help on a one-off, ad-hoc, short-term, long-term, and ongoing basis – all depending on your needs and requirements. Our premium full-service HR Management Packages are usually 12-month contracts (with an option for longer if you would like to lock in a price, or shorter, depending on your requirements).

We won't hassle you with sales calls every week

We often hear from our new clients that they were being overwhelmed with frequent sales calls from previous providers. We give genuine, real advice from the standpoint of experienced HR experts, and never hassle our clients with frequent hard sales calls. At Edwards HR, we’re never about the hard sell. We work with you to find the best fit for your business, resources and needs.
