HR Short Courses
Our Short Courses are designed by heavy industry HR Professionals, specifically to provide Learners with practical knowledge, tools and confidence to:
- Identify what HR best practice should look like in their business
- Implement simple (yet effective) initiatives and tools to improve their internal HR, recruitment and payroll functions
- Handle issues and concerns in house, in a way that protects the commercial interests of the business
- Identify, meet and exceed employer compliance obligations
- Minimise the need for external support in the future
Each Short Course is delivered by Edwards HR’s experienced team, through an approach strongly focussed on the practical element of HR. This element is often neglected in tertiary education and is difficult to master without regularly engaging experienced, external support.
Each Short Course is focussed on a key area of operational and/or strategic HR, covering related legislation, case studies and best practice. We also provide practical tips and tools for Learners to use and implement in their own business.
